Our
house is in the historical city centre of Siracusa, Ortigia, close to
the Maniace Castle (50m). All monuments are at walk distance: Fonte
Aretusa (100m); Cathedral (150m); City Hall (150m); Temple of Apollo
(700m); Galleria Palazzo Bellomo( 150m); Mediterranean Acquarium (100m).
All the city can be easily reachable by City bus. In the historical
centre they are free. The apartment is ideal for a cultural and relax
holiday in Siracusa. The Big Harbor and Its fine Sunset over the water
are just in front of your windows, only 10 metres far from you.
From the house you can hear the sea-waves: the beach is just 100m away,
directly accessible by the Fonte Aretusa through the gardens of the
Fontaine

This elegant Sicilian style apartment
is located in a beautifully renovated Palazzo by the sea, It was build
in the beginning of XX century and it was renovated and refurbished in
2008
If you arrive in Catania Airport by plane, you can take the Airport bus
to Siracusa and then we come by car to meet you and go together to your
home. If you rent a car (most probably at the airport), follow
directions to city centre or to Ortigia, It’s same, and then we’ll meet
in the entry of Ortigia Isle. The flat is situated in one of the most
beautiful parts of Siracusa, in a pedestrian - only area but you can
find the payment city parking “Talete” at 150 mt. from the apartment,
its cost is 1Euro/day

Siracusa is situated in the Ionic Coast. It is near the wonderful beach
of Fontane Bianche and, not far from the natural reserve of Vendicari.
From here it is easy to reach also by bus, Mount Etna, Taormina,
Catania, Ragusa and any other touristic site in eastern Sicily.

The flat, which is air
conditioned and fully furnished and equipped, sleeps 4 people, It has an
hall, a bedroom with a super comfortable king size double bed and a
sitting room with a double sofa-bed (an additional child bed can be
added in the bedroom or in the living room) The bathroom has a modern
large glass shower.

equipped kitchen corner with gas stove, oven, freezer, coffee maker,
dishwasher and Washing machine.
The furnishings are a combination of modern and antique pieces, and
beautiful antique Sicilian furniture and ceramics.

in every room, weekly cleaning service.

supermarket are nearby. In the apartment you'll find suggestions about

lessons are also available.
